1 month off:
-1 guided hypnosis/meditation
-4 seasonal deep dives
4 seasonal focuses (quarterly) connected to nature:
-2 months on, 1 month off
- Spring: alchemy > new moon > GRATITUDE
- Summer: growth > waxing moon > ACTION
- Autumn: release > full moon > RECIPROCITY
- Winter: rest > waning moon > STILLNESS
