I will show you how to amplify and channel this energy; I will guide you through how to release it with no attachment. How to trust what you can’t see or feel yet.Â
When you accept that the release or the contraction comes first, the space that it leaves for more expansion to follow will allow you to completely re-write any past stories you have about what letting go means.Â

AUTUMNÂ FORÂ PEACE TIMELINE
October 1 - November 1:Â RELEASE
- Acknowledging everything that has got you here. Accepting and allowing the parts that need to now fall away and be released. Sometimes those attachments run deep, but I will be with you every step of the way as you allow yourself to fully see what may have blocked you from expansion before.
November 1 - December 1:Â RECIPROCITY
- After the release, moving into a place of deep reciprocity. Thanking what once was while inviting in all that is to come. To give with no expectation of return and fully trusting the laws of the Universe to bring to you what is yours by divine right.
December 1 - December 30:Â INTEGRATE
- Feminine integration time - embodying, integrating and recapitulating everything from October and November into your being (this is one of the most powerful months that most people skip!). Really solidifying and embodying the last two months of growth so that you create a solid foundation to build on before moving into the next season.
